Description Aims and Objectives

A brass band which comprises 27 musicians who provide, at a nominal fee, music for concerts, fêtes and other types of public entertainment. The band represents the Island by participating at such events as the South West of England Brass Band Concert.

Organisation and Management

By a committee of seven who meet regularly to organise the musical programme.

Finance

Organised by a separate committee.

Funding comes from subscriptions, concerts, donations and fund-raising events.
