The Salvation ArmyMember Number: 102Description Aims and Objectives The Salvation Army is an international organisation. It is an integral part of the Christian Church and has a strong social conscience. St. Peter Port has a Community Centre at Clifton Hall which has day-care for the elderly, and “Mother and Toddler” groups. The centre has a full time Manager.
Organisation and Management There are three centres in Guernsey, namely St. Peter Port, L’Islet and St. Sampsons.
Finance The majority of local work is financed by its own members, but donations from the general public are always very much appreciated.
