The Missions to SeafarersMember Number: 066Description Aims and Objectives One of the oldest Anglican Missionary Societies, which cares for the spiritual and material welfare of all seafarers, throughout the world.
Organisation and Management Through centres in 100 of the busiest ports of the world, with, in addition, 200 Honorary Chaplains in ports where a full time staff cannot be maintained - including Guernsey. The Guernsey branch is managed by a committee with President (The Dean of Guernsey), Vice President (The Bailiff), Chairman and committee.
Finance Funded entirely by voluntary subscriptions and donations. Funds are required to support the world-wide missionary activities of the society to seafarers.
