Description Aims and Objectives

The aim of the Council shall be to stimulate, support and represent voluntary youth work of all member organisations. The object is to encourage and support by effective means the needs of young people, including joint action and the sharing of resources, and providing opportunities for member organisations to express their views unanimously or otherwise to local government, and reviewing existing provisions for young people and encouraging any new provisions which may be required.

This organisation now incorporates the former Island Youth Workers Council (member number 109).

Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer and Executive Committee Members.
