Description Aims and Objectives

An international organisation encouraging fellowship, service to the community and good international relationships.

Guernsey Round Table organises the Harbour Carnival in July, the annual Swimarathon in October (with Lions Club), Bonfire Night on 5th November and Carol Singing and Father Christmas float in December.

Organisation and Management

Established under the rules of the National Association of Round Tables in Britain and Ireland. Guernsey Round Table is autonomous.

Finance

Guernsey Round Table is a very active fund-raising organisation which distributes its charitable funds over a wide variety of worthy local causes.

The level of funds required depends on the commitment to major projects, which varies from year to year. Virtually all funds raised for charity are spent in Guernsey. Members’ subscriptions cover the organisations running costs.
