Future correspondence will only be by email

The decision was taken last year that all future communications from the Association to its members would only be made by email. 

This will not only have a major saving in costs, but will allow much faster and efficient communications, and will allow the Association to become very effective in informing charities of urgent, or time sensitive information.

The Association has always previously been concerned that stopping postal communications may disadvantage a few members.  However, it now believes that the internet and email communication, is so readily available to everyone, that all charities will have at least one person who can receive and pass on information.

All member charities, therefore, need to ensure that the Secretary has up to date information about them, including an email address.  Details should be sent to: secretary@charity.org.gg
