Christmas Charity Jackpot

The first prize for the 2007 lottery has now beaten all previous records. It currently stands at £462,000. The jackpot will continue to rise as more tickets are sold.
Each year, the proceeds from the Christmas Lottery are split between Jersey and Guernsey, and distributed to local charities. The money has to be used for projects within the island, and the Association of Guernsey Charities is always keen to support a wide variety of local good causes.
Charities can apply for a share of the money raised by completing a Grant Application Form. Click here for details.
