Christmas Charity Jackpot

The first prize for the 2007 lottery is rising. It now stands at £370,000. The more tickets that are sold, the higher the jackpot will continue to rise.
With just over two weeks to go until the draw, the jackpot has some way to go to match the 2006 Christmas lottery, which was the most successful ever, with the top prize reaching £447,500.
Each year, the proceeds from the Christmas Lottery are split between Jersey and Guernsey, and distributed to local charities. The money has to be used for projects within the island, and the Association of Guernsey Charities is always keen to support a wide variety of local good causes.
This years draw is on the 18 December.
